Terms of Use of the Lists Application (Public Offer)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — “Terms”) are a public offer under applicable law and regulate the use of the mobile application Lists (hereinafter — “Application”), owned by the developer.

By using the Application, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. The Application is intended for managing shopping and task lists, storing, and synchronizing data between devices.
  • 1.2. Use of the Application is at the user’s own risk.

2. User Account

  • 2.1. Access to certain features of the Application may require registration and account creation using email or third-party services (e.g., Google).
  • 2.2. The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account data and for all actions performed through it.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. The user undertakes to:
  • use the Application only for lawful purposes;
  • not post information that violates the rights of third parties, laws, or moral standards;
  • not take actions aimed at disrupting the Application or its infrastructure.

3.2. The user is prohibited from:
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to Application data or functions;
  • using the Application to send spam or other unwanted information;
  • copying, modifying, distributing, or using the Application’s code without the developer’s consent.

4. Access and Performance

  • 4.1. The developer strives to maintain the functionality of the Application but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • 4.2. Temporary disruptions may occur due to technical failures, updates, or force majeure circumstances.

5. Paid Services

  • 5.1. Some features of the Application are provided on a paid basis (e.g., premium version or subscription).
  • 5.2. All payments are processed through Google Play or App Srore. Payment and refund terms are governed by the relevant app store rules.

6. Advertising

  • 6.1. Advertising may be displayed in the free version of the Application.
  • 6.2. Purchasing the premium version allows you to disable ads.

7. Liability

  • 7.1. The Application is provided to the user “as is”.

7.2. The developer is not responsible for:
  • any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application;
  • failures in the user’s devices or software;
  • actions of third parties that caused data leakage or loss.

8. Changes to the Terms

  • 8.1. The developer has the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • 8.2. The new version of the Terms comes into force upon publication on the developer’s official website or in the Application.
